Park Regency
Park Regency is a senior living community designed to accommodate active and independent adults while providing varying levels of assistance. Considered a “five-star residence” by its owner, the three-story building houses 104 units, divided into studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The community living experience is enhanced by amenities including a library, a main dining room, a private dining room, a health club, a lounge with fireplace, an outdoor seating area with gazebo, a bank, a post office, and a beauty salon. The facility’s open interiors are designed to flow freely from one area to another.
With colors selected to compliment the vibrant earth tones found in the mountain backdrop, the exterior of the building was designed with a residential feeling, with stone veneer, sloped shingle roofs with gables and overhangs, and large operable windows.
