Heritage Greens

The Heritage Greens HOA approached Studio DH to help them with the renovation of their existing community center in Centennial, Colorado. The existing facility has a volleyball court, 4 tennis courts and a swimming pool with a small pool building. Studio DH worked with the HOA to redesign their pool and building to accommodate their growing community.

The new design incorporates shade structures for both the tennis area and swimming pool, a large play area, a new pool with eight swimming lanes, a diving area, and

zero-depth entry access. The new pool building has locker rooms, restrooms, a meeting room, concessions, storage, and the lifeguard offices. The design of the building takes reflects the surrounding homes to create a cohesive environment for the whole community to enjoy.
