Greenbox Storage Centennial
Greenbox Storage is situated on a narrow, deep lot between regional retail stores and office buildings in Centennial. Studio DH Architecture applied brand standards developed on prior Greenbox Storage projects to provide a 3-story structure with a walk-out basement, allowing for exterior drive-up storage units while meeting local jurisdiction requirements for material use and screening. The 144,000 square foot building features a photovoltaic roof system, low water usage plumbing fixtures, and LED lighting. Building systems are live monitored on television screens for renters to view.
