Steele Creek Apartments and Retail
The Steele Creek Apartment and Retail building was originally designed by Studio DH Architecture for the original developer of the property. The project was subsequently purchased, re-designed and built by the another developer. The images on this page represent the original design created by Studio DH Architecture. Located in the heart of Cherry Creek, Denver’s premier shopping district, this redevelopment project was designed to create a vital destination at the District’s eastern gateway. Encompassing nearly an entire city block, the design incorporated sophisticated retail shopping, banking services, corporate office space, and high end apartments. Parking was design to be provided in two underground levels.
