Parker Gateway Retail Center
Located at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and South Parker Road, the Parker Gateway Retail Center garners tremendous visibility from two of Parkers busiest roads. Studio DH Architecture worked with their client to design a building housing a variety of retail, restaurant, and coffee shop tenants. Given the speed of the traffic along South Parker Road, creating a building that attracted the attention of the drivers was key to the success of the tenants, and consequently, the building was designed with dramatic, forms, materials and colors. Rising roof lines clad in metal panels contrast with masonry elements and steel trellis structures to create this unique and striking building.
