Lansdowne Arms Irish Pub
The Lansdowne Arms Restaurant anchors a prominent corner in Highlands Ranch’s new Town Center, playing a large role in activating the streets. Located next to an urban park, the light-colored masonry building stands out among the predominately darker existing buildings.
Designed to accommodate a single restaurant use on two levels, the ground level consists of a traditional Irish pub decor while the upper level offers a more modern experience. Generous patios extend from the dining areas of the building out to the street edge for outdoor dining. Meals and beverages are also served on the upper level roof deck.
