Carbon Valley Gymnasium and Senior Center
The Carbon Valley Gymnasium and Senior Center was built to accommodate the growing senior population and gymnastics program in the Carbon Valley Recreation District. The new 10,900 square foot facility is located across the street from the District's Recreation Center, also designed by Studio DH Architecture. The building was designed to complement the Recreation Center's architectural style and use of materials. The facility includes a new full sized gymnasium designed to facilitate gymnstics events and equipment including a foam pit.
