Bartaco Restaurant
After building stores throughout the Southeast and Northeast United States, the Barteca Restaurant Group decided to expand in to the Colorado market. The bustling Pearl Street Mall in Boulder was the chosen location for the first Bartaco concept. "Bartaco is inspired by the beach culture of Brazil, Uruguay and Southern California. Bartaco evokes a visit to a stylish beach resort and creates an unforgettable experience." Studio DH Architecture was hired to provide entitlement, interior design, construction documentation and services during construction. Bartaco now occupies a ground floor space in an existing building with an outdoor patio fronting Pearl Street.
