Aurora Center for Active Adults
In response to a growing population of active senior citizens, the City of Aurora decided to remodel and enlarge the existing Aurora Senior Center - now the Aurora Center for Active Adults. In particular, the City was experiencing an increased demand for weight lifting and cardio exercise facilities.
The new addition, designed by Studio DH Architecture, houses a large variety of weight and cardio equipment. Additionally, the lobby was expanded and updated, and offices, classrooms, and game rooms were renovated.
