Four Hundred Third Condominiums
Four Hundred Third is an upscale condominium project near the prestigious Denver Country Club. Originally designed as rent-restricted HUD apartments, market analysis and a visionary investor determined that the market was finally set for a high-end condominium project. After construction on the building had begun, Studio DH Architecture, in association with Carl Worthington, was commissioned to redesign the building exterior and public spaces at the entry level. The tower is now a major landmark.
The window layout was reconfigured on the tower, detail added to the facade, and deck railings chosen for their Paris manor style. The roof level was connected to the two penthouse units, and redeveloped as pavilion rooftop garden space. Entry canopy elements with glass sheathing were used at the building entries, and repeated in form at the roof top pavilions.
