Darcy’s Pub in Ulster Terrace opened to record crowds on St. Patrick’s Day. This upscale Irish bistro provides a level of urban charm to an area of Denver predominated by suburban offices.
The 4,600 SF restaurant consists of a dining room, bar, library, and dance floor with a stage for live music. Finishes were imported from Ireland to create an authentic environment. Both the dining room and library have fireplaces adding to the cozy, warm atmosphere synonymous with Irish pubs.
To capitalize on Colorado's fair climate, an outdoor patio was built for additional seating. Two overhead doors provide access to the patio and enable the restaurant to enjoy the “outdoor” of Colorado as well.
